Price ranges are preliminary
Price ranges on this site and the ranges we send from your photos and answers are preliminary. They are not an offer or a contract. The final price is confirmed after we verify the site, and anything we cannot see in photos is listed as an assumption or an exclusion.
Typical prices shown on the site are examples, not a quote for your home.
The written agreement governs the work
We start work only under a written agreement you sign. That agreement, and any change order you sign, sets the scope, price, schedule, payments and warranty. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
What you send us
Send only photos, videos and information you have the right to share. You let us use them to price, plan and do your job and to keep the job record. We do not use them in our marketing unless you say yes in writing first.
Please give accurate details. A range built on wrong information can change once we see the site.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful or to send someone else's private information without permission.
- Do not try to break into accounts, test the site's security, or overload it with automated requests.
- Do not upload malware or anything meant to harm the site or its visitors.
- Sign-in links and job links are for the person they were sent to. Do not share them.
Our content
The text, design and logo on this site belong to Fair Square Construction. Sample project photos are labeled as illustrations and are not our work. You may share links to the site, but not copy it as your own.
Room scans, floor plans and 3D models
Room scans, floor plans, measurements and 3D models that Fair Square Construction makes, in our app or on site, are our work product. We share them with you only for your project with us. Please do not share them with other contractors or use them to get other quotes. The pictures you see carry a watermark with your job number and your name.
No guarantee of the website
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or have errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the website. Nothing here limits your rights under a signed agreement or under the law.
