Before you ask
Straight answers
Can you price straight from the inspection report?
For most items, yes. Upload the PDF and mark the lines. We ask for a photo of the top few items if the report pictures are unclear.
Will the buyer side get proof the work was done?
Yes. Every line gets a before and after photo and an itemized invoice that you can forward.
What about roof, foundation or termite items?
Those go to specialists. We note them as outside our scope and can coordinate access if you want.
