We price by the room for interiors and by the area for exteriors. Our quotes separate walls, ceilings and trim so you can choose what to include.

What we look for in Collin County homes

• South and west-facing exteriors take a beating from DFW sun. We recommend a quality 100 percent acrylic and a caulk inspection before any exterior repaint.
• Many HOAs in Allen, McKinney and Frisco require approval for exterior color changes. Check your HOA before we start, and we will match any approved palette.
• Two-story entries and family rooms with 18 foot ceilings are common in these floor plans and require scaffolding, which we call out as a line item.

Ranges are typical, not quotes. Every written estimate shows a range of about 8 percent under to 12 percent over the point estimate, and the final number is confirmed on site.
