Can LVP go over existing tile?

Often yes, if the tile is well bonded and the grout lines are shallow. We skim-coat wide grout lines first. Loose or cracked tile has to come out.

Do I need to move my furniture?

We can move furniture for an added charge. Empty rooms cost less and go faster. Tell us which rooms will be cleared when you upload photos.

Can you remove popcorn ceilings in an older Plano home?

Yes. Homes built before the 1980s may have asbestos in the texture, so we ask for a test first. Modern popcorn is scraped, skimmed and retextured.
